Ample off-road parking and within walking distance of the Regency town of Leamington Spa. Easy access to and from the M40 and M1 Motorways, Warwick University, The Royal Agricultural Showground at Stoneleigh and 20 minutes from Birmingham Airport, NEC Exhibition Centre and Stratford upon Avon.
